Answer

Before making a transfer to an external bank account, you'll need to make sure you set up up the following:

  1. Create Customer

  2. Create External Account for that customer

  3. Create a transfer to the External Account

  4. Send a deposit to fund the transfer

Common Issues

  • If Bridge receives a bounce back from an external account, this external account will be automatically deactivated. The external account will need to be reactivated before transferring funds.
