Context

To access the Bridge platform, users must accept Bridge’s Terms of Service, as required by regulation. In certain cases, we allow developers to manage the collection of these agreements on Bridge’s behalf.

Answer

To enable developers to manage Terms of Service agreement collection, Bridge will need to submit a Terms of Service reliance request to the Bridge legal team. To initiate this process, please send your responses to the following questions to the Bridge Help Desk.

• Do you have any users based in the US?

• Can you please provide a screenshot of what the ToS acceptance page would look like?

• How will you store ToS acceptance per user so that it can be provided if requested by Bridge?
