Once a KYB case is fully submitted with all of the required information, Bridge can review the case. Many cases are processed automatically and are either approved or rejected. In some cases where there are flags, the case will require manual review.

Once in manual review, the Bridge compliance team will complete their initial review within 24 business hours. They may approve, reject, or reach out for more information on the case. If they reach out for more information, the case will be pending until Bridge receives the requested information. Once they receive this information, they will continue their review within 24 business hours of receiving all of the requested materials.
