Why is my transfer delayed?

Context
Sometimes bank transfers or deposits may take longer than expected to process.
Answer
Transfer processing times vary depending on the payment method:
ACH Transfers
Typically process within 1-2 business days
If delayed beyond 2 business days, contact Bridge Help Desk with your transaction ID or ACH trace number for status
SWIFT International Transfers
Not currently supported by our banking partner
Any attempted SWIFT transfers will be automatically returned to the sender
Return process takes 10-15 business days and cannot be expedited
Important: If you need to check on a delayed transfer, please provide:
Transaction ID or
ACH trace number or
Customer ID/email associated with the transfer
