Why is my transfer delayed?

Context

Sometimes bank transfers or deposits may take longer than expected to process.

Answer

Transfer processing times vary depending on the payment method:

ACH Transfers

  • Typically process within 1-2 business days

  • If delayed beyond 2 business days, contact Bridge Help Desk with your transaction ID or ACH trace number for status

SWIFT International Transfers

  • Not currently supported by our banking partner

  • Any attempted SWIFT transfers will be automatically returned to the sender

  • Return process takes 10-15 business days and cannot be expedited

Important: If you need to check on a delayed transfer, please provide:

  • Transaction ID or

  • ACH trace number or

  • Customer ID/email associated with the transfer
