Where is a PayPal deposit?

There are that can happen when sending funds through PayPal:

  1. The transaction is delayed 2-3 weeks due to Paypal's internal processes.

  1. The transaction bounces back because incorrect bank details were provided.

  2. The transaction is blocked and subsequently returned because the address on the Paypal account is from a prohibited country.

To help resolve, please:

  • Confirm the routing number used for the transfer.

  • Confirm the address on the user's Paypal account. If it is a prohibited country, the transfer will be returned.

If it has been 3 weeks and there are no issues with the routing number or country, please ask PayPal for the Trace ID for the transaction and provide this information to Bridge Help Desk.
