Why can't I see IBAN account details?

If you are unable to view your IBAN account details and are seeing a blank or incomplete display, this typically means you do not have access to SEPA

Requirements for SEPA

To complete the SEPA endorsement process, you need to provide proof of address (POA) that meets the following criteria:

  • Document must be dated within the last 90 days

  • Must show your full name and current residential address

  • Must be one of the following document types:

    • Bank statement

    • Utility bill

    • Other official document showing current address

Important: If you are an individual user, make sure to provide personal documentation rather than company documents. Company documentation will not be accepted for individual SEPA endorsements.

What happens next?

Once you submit the correct documentation, our team will review it and approve your SEPA endorsement. After approval, you will be able to view your complete IBAN account details.
