Why does Bridge sometimes ask for additional information on a user?

Answer
When a user is submitted to Bridge for review, they are reviewed by Bridge's compliance team across a variety of dimensions to develop a risk profile for the user. In situations where there might be flags, open questions, or conflicting information, Bridge may reach out to collect additional information on that user.
For example, Bridge will ask for a SoF questionnaire for residents of high risk regions or users who are 60 years and older as these are considered high risk users. This questionnaire might also be requested (uncommonly) on an ad hoc basis based on assessed risks or screened alerts.
