Answer

The possible statuses include:

• not_started: this status indicates that an inquiry has been created, but no information has been provided

• incomplete: this status indicates that some information has been provided, but there is still more information required before the case can be reviewed

• under_review: the case is being reviewed by the Bridge compliance team, they may reach out for more information

• approved: the case has been approved and the user is able to use Bridge

• rejected: Bridge was unable to onboard the user. You can find the reason why the user was rejected via the Bridge dashboard or via the Customers API.
